Therapy is a collaborative process. While it can lead to significant personal growth and relief from distress, it may also involve discussing uncomfortable feelings or recalling unpleasant memories. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, as it limits our ability to offer that time to someone else in need.
Mana-na is not an emergency service. We do not provide 24/7 crisis support. If you are experiencing a severe mental health crisis or having suicidal thoughts, please reach out to your nearest hospital or a dedicated crisis helpline immediately (such as Tele MANAS at 14416 or KIRAN at 1800-599-0019).
